Barre Fitness
Barre Fitness is a 45-minute, low impact workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. The classes blend flexibility, balance and strength exercises for a total body workout.
Barre Fitness is taught by McKenna R. a former BritZa student and current Nurse at Sanford. Join McKenna for Barre Fitness on Tuesdays at 8:30 AM and Thursdays: 6:45 PM.
